-Hiring and managing a team of Project Managers and Data operators.
-Responsible for Partner success
-Ensuring timely delivery and the accuracy of the services. This shall include creatively devising workflows and targeting the right users.
-Owner of the overall margins of the company.
-Capacity planning for handling various projects simultaneously.
-Constantly working to improve the overall throughput capacity both in terms of Players and internal operations.
-Closely working to with Product to improving the productivity of the entire PM team.
-You won't just be managing your team, you'll essentially be managing a workforce of tens of thousands of players, understanding them deeply and introducing product features to improve their overall output as well as acquiring better quality of Players to unlock complex tasks.
-Solving for newer use cases to open new potential business opportunities.
What are we looking for :
-At least 4 years+ of experience and should have led large teams in the past.
-Strong problem solving skills. Thoughtful data driven approach.
-A process maestro.
-Very strong communication skills and organised.
-Gets adrenaline rush in fire-fighting situations. Strong attention to detail even under pressure.
